14 Day Challenge for Weight Loss

This page is to share the recipe that I used to support the 14 day challenge to reduce weight.

1st Day: Roasted Chicken with Asparagus

Roasted Chicken : Just used all the seasoning available in the pantry and bake

2nd Day: Dijon Mustard Salmon
This is baked salmon coated with dijon mustard, pepper, dill and nutmeg.
3rd Day: Just Tuna sandwich & Cottage cheese :-)
